Star2Star’s Advanced Reporting solution is a package of 13 enhanced call detail record reports for the Business Voice and Business Voice+ platforms. These reports provide valuable, digestible business analytics to Star2Star customers. Advanced Reporting is our stand-alone call reporting application that contains Call Detail Record data drawn from the StarBox® Voice Optimized SD-WAN and our proprietary network.
What Reports Are Available?
High-level details like total calls, answered calls, missed calls, inbound calls, outbound calls, total time, average time, and et cetera at a location level
All of the call details for one or more locations and only includes the call detail records from the StarBox® Voice Optimized SD-WAN
The call detail records of any missed or no answer, inbound, outbound, and internal calls
The calls that have been answered, both inbound and outbound
All inbound details for non-Contact Center calls
All outbound call details
Call detail records for internal calls that occur behind your StarBox® Voice Optimized SD-WAN

How To Access Advanced Reporting?
To access, just log into your Star2Star system and select the Advanced Reporting application from the menu.
Advanced Reporting automates your reporting schedule and delivers via email. Reports can be run:
• Just Once • Daily • Weekly • Monthly • And at the end of the month
Advanced Reporting requires Business Voice or Business Voice+.
